People who weigh between 130 and 230 lbs, however, will find the Arctic Dreams isn’t a great fit for stomach sleeping. Because of its medium firmness level, this Dreamfoam mattress won’t provide enough support in this sleeping position. Stomach sleepers should instead look for a firm mattress that will keep their body in alignment throughout the night.

Sleeping Hot or Cold
The Arctic Dreams has many cooling features, so sleepers shouldn’t have to worry about getting hot at night. The quilted cover includes a cooling panel that dissipates heat. The cooling gel memory foam in the comfort layer should also help prevent heat buildup.
